This policy explains how Innovorus delivers products and services after a successful payment. Because Innovorus is a digital marketplace, delivery is entirely electronic — no physical goods are shipped.
1. Payment confirmation
All payments are processed by Safepay (Integral Pvt. Ltd.), a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan. After a successful payment:
- Safepay sends an immediate payment confirmation to your registered email.
- Innovorus receives a real-time payment notification and automatically unlocks the purchased item in your account — typically within seconds of payment approval.
- You will be redirected to an order-confirmation page on Innovorus showing your order ID and access status.
2. Online courses & learning paths
- Instant digital delivery.Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation. Your course appears in your student dashboard under "My Courses".
- Course videos, materials, and quizzes are streamed online — no download is required.
- Certificates of completion are issued digitally after all required lessons are finished and any assessment thresholds are met.
- Access duration: lifetime unless otherwise stated on the course page.
3. Gigs & custom service orders
- Payment creates an order and notifies the seller immediately. The seller begins work per the agreed scope and timeline shown on the gig or custom-order page.
- Delivered files (designs, code, reports, etc.) are uploaded to the order page for you to download. You receive an email notification when delivery is ready.
- Typical turnaround: as stated on the individual gig listing (e.g. 1–7 business days). Rush delivery options may be available.

4. Digital products & software licenses
- Instant digital delivery. After payment, your license is activated in your account. You can download the software or access the product from your client dashboard immediately.
- Subscription plans (monthly / 6-month / yearly) renew automatically; access continues uninterrupted until cancellation or non-renewal.
- One-time / lifetime licenses are delivered permanently. No recurring billing.
- If a digital product requires activation via "Login with Innovorus", the OAuth flow provides instant access once your subscription is confirmed.
5. Agency services & influencer orders
- Payment activates the service order. The agency or influencer is notified immediately and will contact you to confirm scope and timeline.
- Deliverables (reports, creative assets, campaigns, etc.) are shared via the order page or agreed communication channel.
- Timelines vary by service — refer to the specific service listing for estimated delivery times.
6. Delays or non-delivery
If you have paid but have not received access or a delivery confirmation within 24 hours, please contact INNOVORUS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED immediately:
